Direct Primary Care utilizes a monthly subscription/membership arrangement that enables patients to receive high-quality medical care without involving insurance companies.

My Direct Primary Care membership fees are determined by your age and typically cost less than an average monthly cell phone bill. Patients pay for their care directly to the practice with no third-party billing to inflate costs. No co-pays, no surprise bills.

Patients enrolled in the Direct Primary Care program have unlimited access to primary and preventive care services, including the following:

• Acute and Non-Acute Office Visits (including Routine Exams, Follow-Up Care and Sick Visits) 
• Management of Chronic Diseases (including Diabetes and Hypertension)
• Electrocardiogram (EKG)
• Basic Vision Screening 
• Annual Basic Lab Panels (including Complete Metabolic Profile, Fasting Lipid Profile, and Complete Blood Count)*
• Well-Woman Care / Pap Smears* 
• Rapid Test for Strep Throat* 
• Breathing Treatments (Nebulizer)* 
• Urinalysis* 
• Removal of Benign Skin Tags* 
• Removal of Cerumen (Ear Wax) 
• And More

*Patients are responsible for all costs associated with outpatient procedures, laboratory testing, and data analysis. Additional fees may be associated with these services but are offered at a highly discounted rate.

Direct Primary Care is beneficial for individuals who do not have health insurance, individuals who are insured but required to pay a high deductible, and individuals who have multiple health conditions and require frequent visits with their primary care provider.
