At Associates in Primary Care, there are no financial barriers when it comes to your care. We offer a variety of payment solutions to meet the unique needs of all patients.
Best for: Insured patients or those enrolled in Medicare/Medicaid
How it works: Patients are required to pay their insurance negotiated co-pay at the time of each visit. Associated in Primary Care then bills your insurance for services administered. Patients are responsible for paying the negotiated amount for services due to the practice as determined by their insurance company.
Insurances We Accept: Highmark, Medicare WV, The Health Plan, Humana Military, CareSource, PEIA, UMWA, Zelis, HealthSmart/SelectNet, Unicare, TriWest, MedicaidWV, Humana, Cigna and OWCP US Dept of Labor
Best for: Uninsured patients or those with high insurance deductible
How it works: Patients are enrolled in the Direct Primary Care program and pay a negotiated monthly fee for services directly to Associates in Primary Care. As part of the direct pay program, patients have unlimited access to select services available under their Direct Primary Care contract.
Best for: Patients who incur out-of-pocket expenses for required care
How it works: There may be occasions where patients require care that is not fully covered under their insurance plan or Direct Primary Care premium. Depending on patient circumstance, Associates in Primary Care may be able to negotiate a payment plan for monies owed. Our practice accepts cash, most credit cards, and check.
